Paul Schwebel graduated from the Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in accounting. After graduation, Paul was employed by the Youngstown Sheet & Tube Company in Youngstown, Ohio in the Management Services Department. After two years at Sheet & Tube, he joined the Schwebel Baking Company, a family owned bakery currently in its 108th year of operation. He was elected Executive Vice President in 1984 and President in 2012. In 1972 Paul formed Lake Park Data Services, Inc., a computer service bureau, and served as its President until the company was dissolved in 2002. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Harvest Insurance Company, a captive insurance company serving the food industry, and is a past president.

Paul has also been very involved in the not for profit sector. He serves on many boards and is a past president of Akiva Academy, a Jewish day school, Heritage Manor, an assisted living facility and nursing home, and the Family Service Agency, a family counseling service with a resident program for run a ways, all in Youngstown, Ohio. He also served on the allocations committee for United Way of the Mahoning Valley and is a Board member and former vice president of the Youngstown Area Jewish Federation. Paul lives in Youngstown, Ohio with his wife Dorothy. They have three grown children. Paul and his family have known Josh since Josh was in pre-school.
